• Meet Ken Burns
On September 14, 2009, at 12 p.m., Ken Burns will be discussing and signing Dayton Duncan’s companion book to the film “National Parks: America’s Best Ideas” at Joseph-Beth Booksellers, in Southpark Mall.
• Attend WTVI’s free, special preview screening
On September 17, 2009, WTVI and The Mint Museum will present a special preview screening at the Mint Museum of Art, at 2730 Randolph Rd., Charlotte, NC 28207. The event is free.
Reception at 6 p.m.
Movie screening from 6:45-7:30 p.m.
